By accessing or using Verifyfed services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Verifyfed provides a FedRAMP-authorized identity verification and onboarding orchestration platform for federal contractors and defense subcontractors. Our services include document capture, identity verification, and compliance audit package generation.
3. Permitted Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services to verify identities for purposes outside the scope of your organization's contracted workforce onboarding obligations.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws, including privacy laws and federal contractor compliance requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
The Verifyfed platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is proprietary to Verifyfed, Inc. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership rights to our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifyfed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
